S8 0RE Cancellation Refunds A full refund of a payment received is available upto 7 days after the date of payment and on condition that no property visit has been made to obtain any photographs. A 50% refund is available within the first 7 days after payment, if there has been a property visit to obtain photographs. The refund payment for any cancellation will be made via the original payment method and on receipt of a letter confirming the cancellation request. Free Visual Electrical Inspections Available to Sheffield Property 4U and Property Plus customers only. Inspections will be carried out by a fully qualified and experienced electrical inspector. This offer is for a visual inspection and will not involve any testing or providing of electrical reports on the condition of the existing electrical installation. A visual inspection involves looking at the surface condition of any fixed electrical fitting or surface wiring i.e. light switches, sockets and fusebox/consumer unit and giving verbal advice on the present safety condition in accordance to the IEE Electrical Regulations. Sheffieldproperty4u and our contractors can not be held liable for any wrong diagnosis due to unforeseen faults found behind the fabric of the building or concealed behind household furniture and fixtures. It is strongly recommended that all customers obtain a electrical safety report and the electrical installation is tested and inspected in compliance to the current IEE Electrical Regulations by an NICEIC approved electrical contractor. Free Home Energy Efficiency Surveys Available to Sheffield Property 4U and Property Plus customers only. Surveys will be carried out by a qualified energy efficiency advisor. This offer is for a visual home inspection and verbal energy efficiency advice provided on the insulation qualities, fabric construction of the property and energy use in the home. It does not include the inspection of loft areas, unless access to the loft areas has been provided by the customer. Removal of loft hatches and provision of loft ladders for access is the customers own responsibility.
